In 1984, the Ohio Division of Travel and Tourism created the slogan, "Ohio, The Heart of It All" to promote tourism. The office adopted this slogan for many reasons. One reason why was because Ohio roughly resembles a heart in shape. Also, Ohio is a very populous state with many activities of all sorts for residents and visitors. read more
