You are misinformed. The value of [math]\pi[/math] is not 3.14. [math]\pi[/math] is an irrational number, which means that you will never be able to write it down as a finite decimal fraction. There are lots of mathematical formulas that give you the exact value of [math]\pi[/math], but again: none of them is a decimal fraction. read more
