Skateboarders will always skate on parking lots, park benches, school yards, etc, because they either hurt themselves and the property owner will be responsible, or somebody can hurt them by ending up in front of a moving vehicle. Police officers do not hate skateboarders, rather those who skate irresponsibly putting themselves and others at risk. read more
