“Politically correct” has in Sweden, and as far as we can tell from international politics, become a defensive counter for right wing parties who, when being presented by evidence that their agendas and statements do not line up with reality (“immigrants are criminally inclined etc!”), dismiss factual evidence as politically correct to make it seem like facts are actually sentiments, something they seldom - and by definition - are not. read more

Amun Abdullahi, a somali-born journalist in Sweden wrote about Al-Shebaab recruitment among Somali immigrants and the Swedish central radio network couldn't accept her facts. The media refused to write about this, it isn't considered politically correct to speak about Islamist recruitment in Stockholm suburbs. read more
