Normally a healthy heart is about the size of our fist or slightly larger than fist. If u r a kid, the size of heart is same as clenched fist. If u r an adult, the size of heart is about two fists. In some medical condition like cardiomegaly, u will find enlarged hearts. So its just a comparison. read more
