Marvel sold the movie rights to X-Men, Daredevil and Fantastic Four to 20th Century Fox in 1994. Hence, Marvel cannot make movies featuring these characters. Unless Disney (Owner of Marvel) and 20th Century Fox reach an agreement, we will not see X-Men or Fantastic Four in Avengers movies. read more
