Why isn't public education in USA as good as in Mexico?

I think this only might be true if we're speaking from highschool to university level. Public education in Mexico for kids and teeenagers is bad. So bad in fact that there is a documentary showing how awfully ignorant some students are. read more

While the Spanish conquered and looted, the British developed trading partners. The USA and Canada were given a head start and access to trade with Europe early on. Top notch farming was developed alongside other industries. Mexico, meanwhile, was under the rule of Spain or France pretty much until 1910 alongside wars with the USA over Texas. read more
