Russia does host Syrian refugees. They don't come to Russia themselves due to harder life here than in, say, Germany. In EU many can come and live off the help. Here you'll have to work. And finding work will be difficult. But some regions do receive some refugees - christians and mulsims did come to some Causases republics. read more
