This is a falsifiable hypothesis, because there exists an experiment with a conceivable outcome that can show the hypothesis to be false. The experiment in question is simply looking at the clock, and the conceivable falsifying outcome is finding that the clock reads, say, 5:50 pm. This makes the hypothesis falsifiable. read more
