Why won't the Turks admit to the Armenian genocide ?

The Armenian genocide is more recent, not quite 100 years ago. It was perpetrated by the Ottoman Turks, not the current Turkish government, and nobody responsible for it is now alive. Yet apparently most Turks would be mortified to think their people ever did such a thing. read more
