Just normal eating of celery, I seriously doubt it. There may be some exceptions like required fasting. That has more to do with any food than with celery itself. Unless someone can show me the rare test (like allergy to celery) where celery will effect the outcome, my answer is no. read more

Taking celery oil or celery seeds in medicinal amounts may affect your body and potentially effect your blood tests. read more
