Will the USA ever lower their alcohol consumption age to 18?

As mentioned before, the legal drinking age in the US is set by the states. But how in the world can 50 autonomous state governments all agree the age should be 21? Whether the drinking age is 18, 21, or 45, people are going to find ways to drink, and the only way to deter abuse, and all that comes with it, is to make sure people know what they are doing in the first place, and have the appropriate repercussions set up if they don't. read more
