The GTX 1080 is far faster than the GPUs the Xbox one X will most likely perform similarly to, but if you consider the price, the Xbox one X is nothing to scoff at, as building a PC with an RX 480/ GTX 1060, a decent CPU, 12GBs of RAM etc, at the price of 500$ would be very difficult. read more
And there's the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. Both of these are Graphics Processing Units or graphics cards, not complete systems on their own. The XBOX ONE X on the other hand is a complete gaming system. read more
The Xbox One X is an impressively powerful small form factor system, with graphics power that rivals a decent PC graphics card and a CPU that falls short of what we'd expect from a gaming PC.
