Will they ever remake The Wizard of Oz from 1939?

Well they made The Wiz as well as that new film with James Franco-Oz the Great and Powerful, if you actually want to count those as remakes,(they dont deserve to be counted as such in my opinion,). read more

“Ever” is a long time, and it is usually difficult to accurately predict what will happen even a few years into the future. I can only say that I hope that The Wizard of Oz is not remade. It is a perfect film, and I think that only films with good premises but poor execution should be remade. read more
