Before you go to bed, put a blanket over your budgie's cage and he will think it is nighttime and go to sleep. When it is morning, take the blanket off of the cage and your budgie will wake up. Keep in mind, however, that budgies need around 10 hours of sleep a night. read more
If you do have dander issues and want to keep the budgies in your room anyway, just make sure to keep the cage really clean, dust the room on a regular basis with a damp rag or with a microfiber cloth, and vacuum/sweep/mop regularly. read more
