I don't think it is right. The population of elephants is already declining, and breeding it for the sole purpose of obtaining its ivory doesn't help to increase its population. read more

Unlike cows, goats and chickens an elephant is not domesticated, is hard to take care of, and cannot be of use more than once it its life if all your trying to do is get ivory. Sawing off an elephants tusks is pretty immoral to make money off of as well. read more
