You will never find as many interesting opportunities for work in Zürich than you will find in New York. In fact, you really need to compare all of Switzerland to New York if you want to compare same sizes. Zürich is a village compared to New York City. If you can find a compromise solution whereby you expand your horizon in New York and later settle in Zürich that would be the ideal scenario in my opinion. Food for thought. read more

The cheaper ones in some neighborhoods hover at around 2000 USD no less. two bedroom apartments are at around 5000 USD . Studio Apartments are cheaper. To live in New York you have to have a large amount of income i would say ranging from 50.000 USD to around a 100.000 USD . read more
