Street Fighter 2 Turbo gets my vote. It's smooth and consistent and the most balanced out of the bunch. Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers has a larger roster, but it isn't as balanced, doesn't run as well, and their first stab at formalized combos and super moves doesn't come off that well.
I think megaman x5 is the best on the snes. I tried one copy from the ps1 version and the game is great. It felt that it could compare to even beat x6 version of megaman. Uchiha_Sasuke1 Megaman X5 wasn't on the snes. In the X series, only Megaman X, X2, and X3 were on the SNES. Megaman 7 was also released on the SNES.
Star Fox 64 comes first obviously, it is one of the first games I've played, and one of the most replayed ones. Adventures was a fun Zelda clone, but it was not a real star fox. The original was kinda unplayable for me because I played it on an emulator(but I pretty sure it was good for it's time).

Trilogy is the best MK game, IMO. Most characters to select from, and most levels. Other than that 2, 3, or Ultimate are all good, the only difference between them really being the character selection. Mortal Kombat 1 is good too, just not as good, and no blood on the SNES version.
