In order to rank the best states to live in the United States, we had to determine what criteria people like about a place. It isn’t a stretch to assume that people like low crime, solid education, insurance, things to do and a stable economy. So we researched the internet for those criteria, and it spit out the answer. Like magic.
I live in the northwest part of the state, which is home to the Walmart headquarters (I live less than two miles away from the home office). Up here, most of the culture is colored by Walmart vendors and their families, an it's a fairly diverse, wealthy culture. There is also a large Hispanic population, so there will be Cinco de Mayo celebrations, quincenearas, and there are really good authentic Mexican restaurants.
