Theres 2 ways to do it 1) You both play a card and both judge to see which is the best 2) When playing a card play 2 cards. Then draw 2 cards from the white deck and shuffle it. If their card is selected they get the point, otherwise if the deck wins you score a point. I'd recommend getting rid of any play 2/3 cards while playing like this.

The majority of the game though really doesn't change regardless of the number of players, so only having two wont make that much of a difference in the end.
