With Sleep/Fear immunity you are immune to leach and lassitude, both openers which classes like darkrunner/shadowblazdes spam while in stealth. Shadowsmite + Purge will always win a stealth confrontation no matter what if you have your Sleep/Fear buff on, which by the way has a 9 sec cooldown and lasts 1 minute. No reason to NOT have this up every time you re-apply stealth. Make it a habit. Cast it on teammates as well.
