'Sunshine Blue' is a cold-hardy variety that requires only 150 chill hours and is adapted for vigorous, productive growth in warmer, as well as cooler, climates. Berries are richly sweet and medium-sized and ripen mid to late season.

Sharpblue will bloom and fruit almost year round, with foliage remaining nearly evergreen. Sharpblue is recommended in areas with mild winters where frosts are uncommon.
