In the vertical or lollipop lift, the breast crease moves up, shape of the breast is round at the lower pole, maintains superior fullness and anterior projection. You would need a little liposuction of the axillary fullness that shows in your photos.
A Crescent Breast Lift will not improve your breast sagging Crescent breast lifts are the most minor of breast lifts. Crescent lifts do not actually improve breast sagging or nipple-areolar ptosis at all.
A type of breast lift that is available is the periareolar or crescent lift, where a small amount of skin is removed from above the areola and the nipple complex is moved up. This is useful only in very, very mild cases of breast ptosis or sagginess.
If you just have a circular scar lift, you will have flattening of your breast in the nipple area, a worse quality scar around the areolak and an inadequate lift. I would pretty much guarantee that you would return unhappy with the shape and the scars and have a revision of the lift adding a vertical scar to improve your result.
