I eat white, brown and wild rices wth no problems at all. In fact, one of our favorite dishes is anytype of beans & rice (red beans & rice, etc) AND rice pilafs of all kinds. I restrict myself to foods with skins - not really restrict, just peel off skins (tomatoes, peppers, olives, etc).
