recently diagnosed with hypo, one of my symptoms is the tight throat sensation, or maybe what some would call the golf ball in throat sensation. my endo says my thyroid is "enlarged, but not remarkably". he says the sensation can be just because my thyroid is a bit sore right now and some people are more sensitive than others in the throat are.
