Caesar salad dressing has gotten a bad reputation in the last few years as being extremely fattening. In truth it is quite fattening but part of the reason that it has earned this reputation is actually nothing to do with the dressing itself and more to do with fast food chains and the eaters’ own lack of self control, or more precisely, lack of portion control.
Fast food burgers,are (IMO anyway) junk food. Overly processed junk¬ so fresh ingredients,etc. A home-made burger,made from healthy,fresh ingredients(lean,clean burger meat,fresh tomatoes&lettuce,peppers&onions,etc+real cheese,on a whole wheat or rye bun)…not so much of a junk food.
French fries are a serious contender for the most unhealthy foods that people eat regularly. If you wanted to make a person tired and lethargic, overweight and at a greater risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease, you’d be hard-pressed to come up with a better junk food than french fries.

Home made burgers with lean Mince in wholemeal buns (or no bun at all) with a salad is actually a reasonably healthy meal.
