The Academy (忍者学校, Akademī, Literally meaning: Ninja School) is a huge building in Konohagakure located directly at the base of the Hokage Mountain. It is where prospective ninja are trained and where official ninja receive their assignments.

Genin

Genin (下忍, Literally meaning: low ninja, Meaning (Viz): junior ninja) are the lowest level of ninja and also the ones that display the most difference in power. When they become genin, ninja start to do their bit for their village's economy – being sent on missions that the village gets paid for.

Special Jounin (特別上忍, Tokubetsu Jōnin; Literally meaning "Special High Ninja") is the fourth ninja rank. Jounin can become a Special Jounin by completing the Special Jounin Campaign at the level of 60. The rank of Special Jounin varies from level 60 to level 80.

" Tekko-Kagi (手甲鉤) " was very much in this category of usual tools. By nature, the origin of Tekko-Kagi was as a farm implement. It is a kind of a sickle used for reaping weeds. The speciality of ninjas was that they were able to use anything around them as a weapon.
