You could try slicing a whole lemon, drying the slices under a stream of warm, dry air (or a commercial drying gadget), and then putting the dried lemon slices into honey. I think that might be quite interesting. read more
Either make up a few day's worth of lemon juice at a time, or buy commercially prepared lemon juice. Citric acid is a natural preservative, but some of the commercial products increase the content, or add other preservatives. read more
