I prefer to start all my chicken crockpot recipes with frozen chicken parts otherwise the chicken dries out too much. My favorite is chicken & dumplings. Add frozen chicken ( I use boneless breasts & thighs), 1/2 stick of butter, 2 cans of cream of chix soup and 1 cup of milk. read more
