Yes you do need a phd to lecture in U.G. I personally think it’s a good policy. If you’re in academia then you’re expected to pursue the highest level of education. So PhD is really no big deal. Honestly a Masters now in Ghana is almost like a Bachelor’s. A lot of students in Ghana graduate each year with masters. read more
