Quarterbacks do, in fact, have microphones in their helmet. And it isn't just quarterbacks, there is one, or multiple, members of the defense that have the sticker on their helmets, as the one seen in the picture I provided. It is rare to see any other offensive player with the sticker because it is mainly the quarterback that runs the show. read more
