If you have to pick between boxing and Muay Thai, I would suggest Muay Thai, simply because it gives you more tools to work with. (Punches, elbows, knees and kicks). If you did Muay Thai for your stand up, judo for your take downs and bjj for your ground game I would say that's a respectable combination. read more
