No. As far as i can recollect, There is no reference in the book , which would by anyway indicate Scout and Jem to be Boo Radley's children. They were children of Atticus, and they used to call him by his name and hardly used to address him as father. Boo Radley was a person who loved those kids and wanted to be friends with them and had saved them. read more

I recently watched "To Kill A MockingBird" for an English project. In the end, Atticus says "Thank you for giving me my children", or something to that degree. read more

Atticus is the father, he's just a different kind of father. Boo adopted jem and scout, he watched over them, loved them, and protected him and in that way he was their father. He adopted them as his children. So at the end of the story yes, jim and scouts' adopted father is watching over them. read more
