High blood pressure can have more than one cause at once. For instance, if you eat a lot of processed food (salt) and are overweighr or drink a lot you're a good candidate for high blood pressure. Stress can aggravate it further. Personally I think stress can be a sole cause but I'm not a medical professional. read more
