What are the good and bad neighborhoods of Lubbock, TX?

In terms of the high crime rate, sadly, the beautiful and stately neighborhood west of O. L. Slaton Jr. High is the worst, followed closely by Tech Terrace. Both feature much older homes of incomparable charm. read more
