I haven't lived in poverty, but I have lived in rural areas where poverty is prominent. The underlying issue is much the same. Single mothers. Once you rule out single mothers you rule out the majority of the people who love in poverty. That said, their are pluses and minuses. Drugs and crime are less prevalent. read more
