There is very little free parking in Santa Monica. The best advice here, is to read the signs. Typically after 6 p.m. (1800) in the quieter areas of Santa Monica, you can find free meter parking on the street. read more
The Main Library Structure is open for parking from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days a week, and is located at 601 Santa Monica Blvd. The entrance is on 7th Street, just north of Santa Monica Boulevard. read more
