I'm fairly sure you can't see Mt. Washington from I-5. It's a relatively small mountain. You can see it and Three Fingered Jack very clearly from Route 20. This is Mt. Washington: You can see Mt. Jefferson from I-5 in the vicinity of Albany. read more
There are many places along I-5 where you can see Mt. St. Helens on a clear day. In some places you can see four snow-capped mountains--Rainier, St. Helens, Adams and Hood. You are seeing them from a distance, and they are all beautiful. read more
