I have an English Bulldog who had those bumps not long ago as well. She was obviously not herself and in a lot of discomfort. Turned out for her that it was mumps; she had an allergic reaction to the soap the groomers bathed her with. The vet gave her an antihistamine injection and quite a bit of fluids under her skin. read more
