How common is physical violence in narcissistic abuse?

From my experience in both my marriages to narcissistic men I do believe there is a link between domestic violence and narcissism. I believe narcissists are very capable of physical violence. Physical Violence would not be considered a trait of narcissism, however they do act out in rage and violence. read more
