Salmonella bacteria cause salmonella. You will not get salmonella unless you eat a raw egg that is contaminated with salmonella bacteria. If you’re eating raw eggs that are NOT contaminated with salmonella, you can eat thousands. If you’re eating raw eggs that ARE contaminated with salmonella, one would probably do it. read more
