Plain and simple. Even though he wasn’t president, he did still visit there. Trump, on the other hand, visited Corpus Christi which had zero flooding. He carried on about the crowd size, which ended up being another rally for him rather than helping the victims. He probably didn’t go to Houston because he does not like to get wet. read more
