The premise of the question is utterly false. Where does such a wackadoo idea come from? I'm sure this guy, the head of NASA, would be very surprised to hear this revelation. 12.1% of NASA employees are black. 13.3% of Americans are black and 6% of STEM workers, across the US, are black. read more
