At least in western world most people vegan or not would have problem eating worms in fruit. I do not see ethical problem with eating it, because you are not causing unnecessary suffering. It is either you or worm who will get the fruit. If you put the worm out, you'll need to give him something else to eat to not cause him suffering. read more
