Since both brown hair and blue eyes are on different chromosomes you can essentially call them independent inheritance factors. Since blue eyes is 8%, I think that’s pretty rare, and brown hair is 11%, that’s also rare, it follows that blue eyes and brown hair should be rare as well. read more
