Why aren't there more Indian-Chinese couples in the US?

I think it's a bit sad that it's almost always Indian men with Chinese women, though. This reflects the worldwide trend of xMAF - non-East Asian male with East Asian female. Indian/Chinese marriages are so common there that there’s a word for their kids - Chindian. But in the US, it’s not very common, so it can draw dirty looks. We often really want to do something, but it’s a stigma, and it’s not very well-accepted in society. read more

The reason why there aren’t more Middle Eastern - Asian Couples is that Asians tend to consider that almost all Middle Eastern people are Islam. In Islam religion, being in a relationship with a non-Islam person is not allowed. The Muslim parents usually arrange marriage their sons and daughters to other Muslims. read more
