City Butcher and Barbecue. City Butcher and Barbecue was founded in 2014 with the mission of bringing authentic Central Texas barbecue to the Ozarks. Upon returning from culinary school in Austin, TX our founder, Cody Smith, started City Butcher as a wildly popular farmer’s market stand selling sausages and charcuterie.
The Shaved Duck April 2018 ----- I will forever cherish my first experience at The Shaved Duck. This cozy little spot has won a place in my heart. They have super yummy duck, a great beer list, tasty barbecue, great house BBQ sauces, and very welcoming folks who care about their patrons.
Puckett’s roots stretch way back to the ‘50s and a little grocery store in the village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Ever since then, we’ve been focused on providing friends new and old with great food and Southern hospitality — and five restaurants later, that aim still rings true.
Payne's, despite the unassuming location and bare bones interior, serves up the best bbq pork sandwich you'll ever eat. between the buns is a heaping serving of smoked chopped (not pulled) pork with pieces of the crunchy bark mixed in , topped with that signature, fabulous Memphis-style mustard based cole slaw and their delectable house based slaw.
