Body skin is thicker and needs more moisture and can handle the alcohol content. That being said, if the body lotion is *non-comedogenic* it should be fine. This just means that it won't clog your pores. If you want a body lotion that doubles as a face moisturizer, I'd go with Aveeno Daily Moisturizer Clear Complexion. read more
