These refugees are registered as Hungarians, and if they request help from social services outside Hungary, they are sent back to Hungary. The Hungarian goverment has to pay their welfare. And this is most likely the cause they deny accepting these refugees, as they can’t just send them away to Austria, like they do with their usual ones. read more
